Privacy policy

ATS.TOYS  attaches importance to your privacy. ATS.TOYS  is legally obliged to include your personal details in its customer database. This includes your personal data (last name, first name, gender, and date of birth), your contact information (address, email address, and telephone number), and your financial identification details (bank details). The data you provide is necessary in order to properly process and ship your order and/or to fulfill your request and will be stored in your account. The aforementioned data, in combination with your digital personal data (IP address, location data, cookies, browser, and language preferences) are used for various other purposes:

• improving the website quality, both technically and in terms of content, e.g. through market research;
• improving the ATS.TOYS  services;
